Passengers on the EASE and Moonlight Express routes can now self-schedule rides using the new Ride Pingo app. To schedule a trip, follow the steps below.

1. Download the Ride Pingo app from your smartphone's app store.
2. Open the app and tap Get Started to create an account.
3. Follow the steps to verify your account.
4. Once you need a ride, select where you want to go, where you want to be picked up, and select a ride through CyRide On Demand. The app will give you a time estimate.
5. Tap request your ride. The app will let you know when your bus is expected.

Passengers can also continue to schedule rides by contacting CyRide directly. For the EASE route, call CyRide at (515) 239-5600. For Moonlight Express, call CyRide at (515) 292-1100.
